Guy Fawkes Bonfire Night – Westerly RI

Head down to the Windjammer Surf Bar for a night of fire and fun. Their 24th Annual Guy Fawkes Bonfire Night celebrates an early Guy Fawkes Day with a comedic re-enactment of Fawkes’ 1605 trial and, of course, a huge bonfire. Featuring a Monty-Python-esque performance by the Misquamicut Players and music by King Crimson’s Jesters, this is sure to be an entertaining evening.

Enjoy live music, an autumn market, food trucks and drinks from Long Live Beerworks in a unique ambiance during the two-day Mausoleum Hill Sessions at the historic North Burial Ground in Providence, RI. Event takes place Sunday, September 24, and Sunday, October 22. September 24 will feature music by Stev Delmonico, Molly O'Leary, Beth Barron, and Dave Alves. Bike Newport Full Moon Ride -- Newport RI

Aug 1, 2023 - Sep 29, 2023 Equality Park West Newport, RI

The group will ride 15 miles on Newport’s scenic roads and coastline, from downtown Newport to Fort Adams, around Ocean Loop, and along the mansions of Bellevue Avenue. Come to the start of the route, Equality Park, 30 minutes before the ride begins. These rides have limited capacity; pre-register on Eventbrite. Riders must be at least 18 years of age and have a helmet, front headlight, and rear red blinking light to participate. This is a NIGHT ride, and we will be riding on dark roads. Bring a water bottle, snack, and bicycle lock.

Beavertail Full Moon Sound Bath -- Jamestown RI

Bumble Bees and Pollinators – Bristol RI

Katie developed the Rhode Island Bumble Bee Survey, which inventories these crucial insects to provide baseline data for entomologists to assess their needs and habitats.
