Welcome to River Rebel Sport Fishing Charters of Rhode Island. Captains Randell & Joe Bagwell have been fishing the waters of Rhode Island and Southern Mass for over 20 years, and have a great deal of fishing experience and love to share the knowledge with others from the novice to trading tips and stories with the old salts. All bait & tackle is provided. We take a maximum of 4 anglers, and families with children are always welcome to try their skills. Larger parties can be arranged through our charter captain network. We specialize in charter fishing Narragansett Bay, Newport, Point Judith, Block Island, Cuttyhunk and Martha’s Vineyard for Striped Bass, Bluefish, Flounder, Sea Bass, Sharks, and Tuna.
