Every summer through early autumn this installation sets ablaze the three rivers that converge in downtown Providence with 100 bonfires lighting up the water, as music plays throughout the downtown area. The result is an enchanting evening of art, music, and leisurely strolling. Top chefs from all over the country will cook at these once-a-month dinner at Gracie’s, a Providence restaurant. The guest chef and Chef Joe will design a five-course menu paired with wine. Each menu will be a collaboration of the two chefs.
